Jamie Colby

Colby is a National News Correspondent, and Anchor at Fox News. He has been with the company since July 2003. Colby worked as an anchor, reporter and also as a correspondent for CBS News before moving to FOX News Channel. Colby has also been a fill-in on CBS Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney licensed to practice law within New York, California, Florida and in the District of Columbia. In 2002, she was awarded the Edward R.Murrow National Award for her work on the attacks of 9/11. Also, she won the Gracie Award for investigative journalism in 2000 as well as she was awarded the Clarion Award by the Association for Women in Communications. The award also included her as Television Week's "Rising News Star To Watch". Colby was also an attorney in private law firms over the course of her 10 years. Her law practice started at a Hollywood entertainment company that assigned Colby the show The Tonight Show. In her early 20s, Colby worked as a reporter as well as host for Johnny Carson, both during the contract renewal process of NBC together with him, as well as his divorce. Since January 2015, Colby has served as anchor and reporter for the Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance.
